The new Markoprint integrated Quadro print controller operates up to four inkjet printers simultaneously or alternately in up to four print positions. This allows, for example, printing on both sides of primary and secondary packaging on one or two separate production lines. In this process, there are even two different printing technologies that can be used.
Thanks to its slim design, Markoprint integra Quadro can easily cope with limited space. Available fixing options make installation indoors or directly on the industrial line a breeze. It is specially designed for installation in control panels and machines.
Printing barcodes, texts, numbers, symbols and 2D codes with an inkjet printer has never been faster: depending on the print content used and the printing technology, a maximum fast print speed of up to 240 m/min at 300 dpi. The proven intuitive control panel makes it easy to change print and label settings on the job. Design and manage print layouts using powerful Markoprint iDesign software.
Markoprint Integra Quadro includes all common interfaces such as Ethernet and USB to transfer and print data in real time to 1: 1 print heads without batch processing.
